The Law Offices of Guerin J. Provini handle criminal and juvenile cases at the trial court level primarily in San Francisco Bay Area federal and state courts. Mr. Provini has appeared in other venues if warranted (e.g. Federal District Court, District of Maryland on a complex drug importation case). Appellate work is referred to other firms. He has extensive complex case experience (e.g., a 16 month long multiple defendant death penalty trial---one of the longest jury trials in the history of Santa Clara County). Mr. Provini also has extensive experience representing youthful offenders in Juvenile Courts, and representing parents in Juvenile Dependency Proceedings involving children who have allegedly been abused and neglected. He also has an interest in representing defendants in South Santa Clara County (where he lives) involving Morgan Hill, San Martin and Gilroy cases. Mr. Provini's law office is in San Jose, but he has an affiliation with a Morgan Hill law firm where he also sees clients.
